Delivery for online purchases

We know how eager you are to get your products and we are eager to get them to you in the quickest time and at the most affordable cost. 

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver via postnet, either to your closest postnet, or directly to your door anywhere in  South Africa. The final delivery cost will be calculated during the checkout process. All online orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Cape Town.

Want to collect?

You are welcome to collect your online purchase from our main warehouse in Cape Town. All orders will need to be processed first. Please await an email from us confirming your order is ready for collection, before you collect from us.

How long will delivery take?

We deliver from our main warehouse in Cape Town directly to your door. Once you have paid for your online purchase through our secure online payment gateway (PayFast), you will receive an invoice from us. Your delivery will be sent from our warehouse in Cape Town once your payment reflects in our bank account. This usually takes 12 – 24 hours.

Other Information

  • The Delivery charge differs depending on whether you stay in a Main Centre or an Outlying/Regional Area. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please make sure you enter the correct postal code and an accurate delivery address. Changing the delivery address after checkout can attract additional charges so please double check the information you are entering
  • Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Should you require delivery on a weekend, please contact us before you complete your order / check out on 082 578 2303 and we can see if we can assist.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and although we work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon as possible, certain factors may cause your delivery to be delayed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods (October to January).
  • All online orders are dispatched from our main warehouse in Cape Town.
  • Should you place an order and our courier company advises that they do not service this area, we will contact you to advise and arrange, either delivery to the nearest town (if possible) or, a refund. We will always try our best to deliver to your area or as close as we can
  • We require an exact physical address in order to deliver. We do not deliver to locations, farms or where the delivery address is on a gravel road
  • If you choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Cape Town, please wait for an email from us notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
  • For payment via EFT / Bank Deposits, delivery only takes places once the full payment amount has reflected in our bank account. This can take up to 3 working days – no exceptions to this rule will be made
  • Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted to advise when delivery will take place.
